We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR functions, ensuring smooth people operations and supporting business growth.
Talent Acquisition
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions
:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, portals, references, and headhunting.
- Ensure timely and quality closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
HR Operations (HRM)
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (from joining to exit).
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Employee Engagement and Development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Support performance management processes.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
HR Coordination And Planning
- Work closely with leadership on manpower planning and hiring priorities.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and HR execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (recruitment + HR operations mandatory).
- Strong exposure to both IT and non-IT hiring.
- Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Experience in a corporate or consultancy environment preferred.
