Join Alldigi Tech and become a part of our growing Talent Acquisition team! We're looking for a passionate recruiter with experience in end-to-end lateral hiring across Technology and Business functions for Pan India.
📍 Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lateral hiring across Technology and Business roles for Pan India.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely closures.
- Drive candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Requirments
- 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in IT & Non-IT with strong exposure to lateral hiring and the ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience hiring for Technology, B2B Sales, Marketing, and Finance roles will be an added advantage.
