The Role
We are looking for an energetic, sharp and self-driven recruiter to join Allwave full-time and build the talent pipeline that powers our next phase of growth. This is not a transactional role. You will be embedded with the business, working with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess and onboard the best talent across AV, UC, IT, ELV and adjacent fields. Based at Navi Mumbai, with less than 10% travel to other Mumbai offices.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
• Own end-to-end recruitment — from job briefing and sourcing through to offer rollout and onboarding handover.
• Build active pipelines across AV, IT, ELV and Unified Communications verticals through proactive, daily sourcing.
• Execute targeted headhunting strategies — identifying and approaching talent at competitor organisations.
• Drive campus recruitment, building relationships with engineering colleges and polytechnics for fresher and lateral pipelines.
• Test new sourcing methods continuously, track what works and iterate — posting-and-waiting is not acceptable here.
Platform Expertise & Daily Outreach Volume
This role demands a high-volume, multi-platform operator. A minimum of 80 meaningful candidate outreaches per day is expected across all active channels combined — with proper tracking and timely follow-up on every conversation.
• LinkedIn Recruiter — Expert-level proficiency required. Boolean search strings, InMail sequencing and response rate optimisation, Recruiter project organisation, candidate tagging, Spotlight filters, open-to-work indicators, alumni search and pipeline management. Talent Insights for market mapping is a strong advantage. Low InMail response rates must be addressed by improving messaging, not reducing volume.
• Naukri Resdex — Advanced database search by keyword, function, industry, current employer and salary range. Skilled use of mass mailing tools, job posting optimisation, candidate response management and database tagging. Ability to read profile freshness signals and prioritise active versus passive candidates.
• Apna — Proficiency for blue-collar, field technician, site supervisor and support staff roles. Active use of in-app screening, interview scheduling and employer dashboard.
• Shine / Hirist / IIMJobs / Instahyre — Working knowledge for specialist and mid-to-senior hiring. Concurrent multi-platform management without dropping follow-ups.
• WhatsApp & Referral Networks — Active participation in recruiter communities and industry groups. Building and maintaining a personal referral network across the AV, IT and ELV ecosystem.
⚡ Daily Outreach Expectation
80+ meaningful outreaches per day across LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna and other channels. This is a structured habit — targeted searches, personalised messages, timely follow-ups and proactive pipeline building.
You will maintain a daily outreach log and share weekly pipeline summaries with the HR Consultant Head.
Assessment & Candidate Experience
• Conduct structured screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments with functional heads.
• Ensure zero candidate ghosting — every screened applicant receives a response regardless of outcome.
• Represent Allwave credibly and compellingly; be a genuine ambassador for the brand.
Salary Benchmarking & Market Intelligence
• Run regular benchmarking using Naukri salary data, LinkedIn compensation tools and industry contacts.
• Advise hiring managers on realistic compensation before roles go live to prevent late-stage offer drops.
• Share periodic market intelligence on candidate availability, competitor hiring activity and AV/IT/ELV pay trends.
Reporting & Administration
• Maintain live recruitment trackers — outreach volumes, response rates, pipeline stages, offer conversion and time-to-fill.
• Prepare weekly and monthly hiring dashboards for the HR Consultant Head and leadership.
• Manage job postings, tracker hygiene and sourcing platform vendor relationships.
• Write original, compelling job descriptions independently. All documentation — JD approvals, offer letters, interview feedback — must be organised and audit-ready.
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Skills
• 3+ years of recruitment experience in-house or at a search firm with corporate technical placements.
• Proven track record of 80+ daily outreaches — be ready to walk us through how you structure and sustain this volume.
• Expert LinkedIn Recruiter: Boolean search, InMail optimisation, pipeline management, Talent Insights.
• Advanced Naukri Resdex: mass mailing, database search, candidate shortlisting and tracking.
• Working knowledge of Apna, Shine, Hirist, IIMJobs or Instahyre.
• Hiring experience across IT, AV, ELV or technical engineering functions — campus and lateral.
• Comfortable with salary benchmarking and translating market data into practical hiring guidance.
• Strong written communication — able to draft compelling JDs, outreach messages and hiring reports independently.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracker maintenance and dashboard reporting.
