Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, develop effective sourcing strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs. Responsibilities include writing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer negotiation and onboarding process. Additional duties include maintaining a talent pipeline, ensuring compliance with hiring regulations, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Strong skills in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates
- Experience in building and managing talent pipelines and nurturing candidate relationships
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience in corporate recruitment or working with global and institutional clients is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
