Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, Gujarat, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet business needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is also responsible for crafting and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, coordinating with department heads to identify staffing needs, and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates for various roles effectively.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation in the job market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector is an advantage.
