Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in our Jaipur office, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong employer brand, designing and implementing effective hiring strategies, and conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. The role involves active collaboration with hiring managers and departments to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering roles to candidates
  • Experience with Hiring processes and strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Strong skills in Employer Branding to position the organization as an employer of choice
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and Recruiting tools to identify top talent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
