We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring and niche profiles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with job portals and the ability to deliver quality hires within timelines.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Manage sales hiring across different regions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage niche hiring requirements efficiently
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
✅ Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong exposure to sales hiring
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Experience in niche hiring is preferred
Candidates from Dental or any industry can apply
Excellent communication and coordination skills
