About The Role
The Recruitment Specialist role at AB InBev GCC India is a vital part of our talent acquisition team. Based in Bangalore and reporting to the Principal Analyst – Talent Acquisition, this position is initially a six-month onsite contract with the possibility of extension. The primary responsibility is to drive the end-to-end sourcing and initial screening of candidates across IT, Technology, Analytics, and Operations domains. This role is crucial in building strong talent pipelines, ensuring the identification of high-quality candidates, and facilitating efficient hiring processes aligned with the company's strategic needs. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of recruitment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition is required, with a proven track record in sourcing and screening candidates for IT, Analytics, Technology, and Operations roles. Candidates should have strong technical skills in sourcing on platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn, utilizing Boolean search techniques, and candidate evaluation. Experience with ATS tools and market research is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate must demonstrate excellent stakeholder communication skills, a keen understanding of technical roles, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Source high-quality candidates across various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant databases for roles in IT, Technology, Analytics, and Operations.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using Boolean search techniques and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes thoroughly to assess candidate suitability, experience, and skill alignment with role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate experience, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role specifications, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles.
- Ensure timely sourcing, screening, and communication to meet hiring SLAs and business expectations.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data within tracking systems to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through screening stages, representing the company professionally.
