About The Role
The Senior Talent Specialist at Collabera plays a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical roles across multiple verticals. Based in Vadodara or Bangalore, this position requires working in US shift/night shift timings to align with client requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding highly skilled professionals on contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis. Additionally, the Senior Talent Specialist will lead initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an IT staffing or consulting firm. Candidates should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates. A background in academic HR, social networking, and research-driven sourcing techniques is highly desirable. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean search strings, and social media platforms for sourcing is required. The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis across various technology verticals.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques, including web searches and social networking platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Construct Boolean search strings to expedite targeted candidate and client discovery.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure their qualifications align with client requirements and job specifications.
- Analyze job descriptions and client needs to understand technical skill requirements and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, peers, and potential candidates to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage and update the internal ATS accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactively network with industry groups and maintain ongoing relationships with potential talent pools.
- Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and technical skill sets relevant to client needs.
- Anticipate long-term staffing needs based on business priorities and plan accordingly.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on recruitment best practices, ensuring team growth and development.
