About The Role
The Senior Talent Specialist at Collabera plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across various industry domains. Based in Vadodara or Bangalore, this role requires working in US shift/night shift timings to cater to the needs of international clients. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding highly skilled technical professionals on contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and are eager to grow into leadership roles within the organization. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team, with a clear pathway toward managerial responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an IT staffing environment
- Strong understanding of various technology domains and skill sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for sourcing candidates
- Strong research skills and ability to construct Boolean search strings
- Experience in managing multiple requisitions efficiently
- Academic background in Human Resources or related fields is preferred
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and placing candidates across various technical roles
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies utilizing web searches, social networking, and other creative techniques
- Analyze job descriptions and client requirements to understand technical needs and candidate fit
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive networking and relationship building
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS system, ensuring data integrity
- Mentor and train junior team members on recruitment best practices and technical hiring strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively evaluate candidate expertise
- Anticipate long-term staffing needs by understanding business priorities and workforce planning
