Job Title: Recruiter / Team Lead / Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. Depending on your experience level (2–10 years), you will either manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for niche roles or lead a team of recruiters to meet aggressive hiring targets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and employer brand in the region.
Key Responsibilities
For Recruitment (2–5 Years Experience)
- Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure high data integrity.
For Team Lead / Manager (5–15 Years Experience)
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of 3–6 recruiters, setting KPIs and monitoring daily performance.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies and improve the "Time-to-Hire" and "Cost-per-Hire" metrics.
- Campus & Vendor Relations: Lead campus recruitment drives and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment dashboards for senior management.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s presence in the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar talent market through local events and digital campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in IT, Manufacturing, or Services recruitment (specific to the local industry landscape).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (local language proficiency is a plus for vendor/candidate coordination).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Excel for data tracking.
- Leadership: (For Lead roles) Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and handle conflict resolution.
