Talent Acquisition Executive – Non IT
Brand: Casanode and Unwired Connect
Function: Human Resources
Reporting to: Head HR
Location: Andheri West
Working days: 6 days (1st and 3rd Saturday off)
Working Hours: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm
Budget: 3.5 LPA to 4LPA
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Executive professional will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across Abby Lighting and its group companies. This role requires strong expertise in Non-IT hiring, particularly within manufacturing and product-led environments, along with the ability to manage diverse hiring needs across multiple business units.
The role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution to ensure timely hiring of quality talent while maintaining consistency in hiring standards, processes, and employer branding across the group.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business objectives across group companies
- Collaborate with business and HR leaders to forecast manpower requirements
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
2. End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Manage complete recruitment life cycle for Non-IT roles across functions such as sales, manufacturing, operations and corporate roles
- Handle hiring across levels including junior, mid, senior, and leadership positions
- Ensure timely closure of positions with a strong focus on quality of hire
3. Multi-Company Hiring Management
- Oversee recruitment activities across multiple group companies simultaneously
- Ensure alignment in hiring practices, evaluation standards, and candidate experience
- Drive standardization of recruitment processes across entities
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business heads, plant heads, and internal HR teams
- Act as a hiring advisor by providing market insights, talent trends, and compensation benchmarks
- Ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders and hiring teams
5. Vendor & Agency Coordination
- Manage external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure delivery against expectations
- Drive cost-effective hiring through optimized vendor utilization
6. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives across platforms
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates
- Leverage digital platforms and professional networks for talent attraction
7. Reporting & Recruitment Analytics
- Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratio
- Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review
- Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency and processes
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in Non-IT / Manufacturing hiring
- Proven ability to manage recruitment across multiple business entities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring simultaneously
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
Preferred Background
- Min 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product-based organizations preferred
- Prior experience handling hiring for multiple group companies
- Exposure to plant, corporate, and leadership hiring
