About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, agile, and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team—someone who thrives on identifying exceptional talent for non-IT, creative, and business-driven roles.
If your recruitment background is predominantly or entirely in IT/technical roles (e.g., software engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.), this position is NOT the right fit. We respectfully request that you refrain from applying.
We’re building a diverse team across functions like performance marketing, SEO, content, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, client servicing, operations, and other digital-first roles. While prior experience hiring for these specific areas is a strong plus, it’s not mandatory. What matters most is your ability to understand nuanced, non-technical roles, think like a talent scout, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
This is a high-impact, immediate-start opportunity for someone ready to own the full hiring cycle from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across creative, marketing, operations, and client-facing functions.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative, non-generic methods (LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, referrals, etc.).
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for roles such as performance marketers, SEO specialists, copywriters, designers, video editors, and other emerging positions in the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to decode role requirements beyond the job description—and craft compelling candidate narratives.
- Deliver a human-first candidate experience with timely, transparent, and empathetic communication.
- Champion 8 Views as an employer of choice by authentically representing our culture, values, and mission.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to continuously refine your approach.
- Ensure all hiring practices align with legal standards, diversity principles, and internal guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience hiring for non-IT roles—ideally in marketing, creative, digital, or business functions. (Note: Experience in these exact domains is advantageous but not required.)
- Strong sourcing instincts and comfort engaging passive talent—headhunting or proactive outreach experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and alternative platforms (e.g., Behance, Dribbble, content communities).
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agility and a growth mindset—someone who thrives in ambiguity and learns quickly.
- Startup experience is welcome but not essential.
- Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred—but your approach and attitude matter more.
