Role Description
- Conduct group mentoring sessions for students on employability-focused topics such as:
- Resume and cover letter development
- LinkedIn profile optimisation
- Interview preparation and professional communication
- (using guidelines, frameworks, and materials provided by Employability.life)
- Deliver one-on-one mock interview sessions to assess students’ readiness for job and internship opportunities.
- Evaluate and grade student resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and mock interview performances using pre-defined parameters, rubrics, and scoring frameworks shared by the organisation.
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to students to support continuous improvement in employability skills.
- Track and report student progress, scores, and session completion in designated systems or formats.
- Maintain consistency and quality in mentoring by adhering to program standards, timelines, and mentoring guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (program managers, academic coordinators, HR/operations) to align mentoring outcomes with program objectives.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical mentoring practices while working with students.
