Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (0-1 level) located in Bengaluru South. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, hiring, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will also contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top-tier talent and create a compelling candidate experience. Collaboration with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensuring a smooth recruitment process will be key responsibilities in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and managing the end-to-end hiring process
- Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies and approaches
- Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
- Knowledge of Recruiting best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
