Talent Acquisition Sourcer – GCC

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Notice Period: Max 30 Days

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer. In this role, you will support GCC growth by building strong pipelines of top IT talent and partnering closely with recruiters and stakeholders to engage passive candidates in a competitive market.

Key Highlights:

• Build and manage pipelines for IT roles (current & future hiring)

• Partner with recruiters to deliver effective sourcing strategies

• Engage passive talent using social media and digital tools

• Act as a sourcing SME with strong market insights

• Drive results with a proactive and stakeholder-focused approach

• Champion diversity hiring and innovative sourcing techniques

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT sourcing experience (corporate and/or agency preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Strong expertise in LinkedIn and digital sourcing tools
