Eligibility:

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides operational support across recruitment processes, ensuring efficient execution, data accuracy, and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requisition workflows, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS (Workday)
- Support onboarding activities and background verification processes
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Track recruitment SLAs, turnaround times, and operational metrics
