Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Kottayam. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. The role involves evaluating candidate qualifications, maintaining an active pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the individual will focus on building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Evaluating candidates
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Linkedln etc.)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Good understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, basic labor laws)
- Strong expertise in Hiring and Recruitment operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
