Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs, identify qualified candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and understanding of various hiring stages
- Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and talent screening
- Strong Communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interaction
- Ability to conduct effective and professional Interviewing
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Passion for understanding market trends and improving recruitment strategies
- Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
