Role Description-
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong ability to attract, evaluate, and onboard quality talent across multiple roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure the timely closure of positions.
Qualifications-
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and expertise in identifying, sourcing, and hiring talent.
- Proficiency in interviewing and evaluating candidates to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Skills in Recruiting practices and Employer Branding to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the AEC or technology-driven industries is a plus.
