Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus exclusively on hiring. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, ensuring we bring in top-performing talent aligned candidates with RxMen’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Evaluate candidates on communication skills, sales aptitude, and cultural fit
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of profiles and hiring dynamics in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to assess candidates effectively through interviews
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven hiring environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with job portals and ATS/CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup or D2C environments
- Prior experience hiring roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment
