Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The recruiter will manage the entire hiring process—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key responsibilities will include full-life cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. The recruiter will also play a critical part in identifying strategies to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruitment strategies
- Ability to execute effective Hiring processes and contribute to talent acquisition strategies
- Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Prior experience in recruiting for roles across diverse functions and levels
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
