We are looking for an energetic and experienced Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and end-to-end hiring processes across multiple positions.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
✔ Handle job postings on portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
✔ Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
✔ Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
✔ Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
✔ Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements
✔ Maintain recruitment tracker, candidate database, and hiring reports
✔ Handle bulk hiring and urgent hiring requirements when needed
✔ Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
✔ Ensure smooth joining and onboarding process
Required Skills & Qualifications:🔹 Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR Recruitment
🔹 Good communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Knowledge of sourcing through job portals & social platforms
🔹 Experience in screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and close positions within timelines
🔹 Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
Preferred Experience:📌 Experience: Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment
📌 Industry: Open (Recruitment/Consultancy/Corporate HR preferred)
