Technical Recruiter:
In this role you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and Non - IT roles across Festo’s engineering, automation, and digital transformation teams. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Your job:
- Source and attract IT and Non - IT talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure seamless communication with candidates
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring drives or niche talent hunts
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Our requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience with any graduation degree and experience IT recruitment (corporate or consultancy)
- Strong understanding of IT roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Engineers, etc.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring targets
- Strong negotiating and relationship‑building abilities
