Position: - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.

Duties And Responsibilities: -

• Source passive candidates through different portals like, Naukri.com, Indeed , Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, Hirist, Hirect etc..
• Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
• Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements.
• Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
• Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing.
• Communicate with Hiring Managers.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
