Role Description
This is a full-time, multi site visit role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proactive approach to sourcing and attracting top talent
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Understanding of the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Regular site visits between Andheri to Borivali)
Role: Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–5 Years
Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction
Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPA (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and high-volume hiring
• Sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for site-based requirements
• Managing hiring for profiles including:
- Civil Engineers
- Quality & Safety Engineers
- Architects
- Sales Teams
- CRM
- Legal
- Liaisoning
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Real Estate recruitment is mandatory
• Hands-on expertise with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with regular field/site travel across Mumbai suburban locations
