Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Surat. Responsibilities include managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The role also involves screening and interviewing candidates to match them with the right roles and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs. The recruiter will actively build and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process while supporting strategic organizational hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing practices
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is advantageous
