REQUIREMENTS
2 - 7 years of experience in C2H IT hiring / Staff Augmentation recruitment.
Proven experience handling contract hiring mandates for technical roles.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and ability to evaluate technical protiles.
Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience using sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and maintaining ATS/Excel reports.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
