WHAT WILL YOU DO
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition partner to manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to hire at scale while maintaining quality and speed.
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates using multiple channels: LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews to assess role fit and culture fit
- Manage and improve candidate experience across all stages of recruitment
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and maintain inclusive hiring practices
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health, and hiring cost
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and referral programs
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience hiring for Tech, Product, Business, or Corporate roles (based on organization need)
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Working knowledge of ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portal
