Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, crafting employer branding strategies, and building a strong talent pipeline. Key tasks also include sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes within dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external candidates
- Experience in Employer Branding to create strategies that attract top talent
- High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
