Role Description
This full-time hybrid role of Talent Acquisition Partner is based in the Bangalore Urban district, with the flexibility to work remotely when needed. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, screening and interviewing candidates, and coordinating the end-to-end hiring process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop effective talent strategies, and foster a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will contribute to workforce planning initiatives and advocate for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and developing hiring strategies
- Proficiency in building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to understand their needs
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple requisitions effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering relationships and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Ability to advocate for diverse hiring practices that promote inclusion and equity
- Relevant experience in technical recruitment is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
