Role Description

This is a contract position, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent using various recruitment methods and platforms to meet company hiring needs. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, developing and executing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work towards building a diverse workforce and ensuring best-in-class hiring practices.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing, recruitment, and selection processes; and job portals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and potential candidates
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; experience in employer branding and diversity hiring strategies
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines, meet deadlines, and work in dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in talent acquisition is highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry is a plus
