Role Description
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner – Onroll at Flipkart, you will drive high-volume hiring for Riders and Hub Assistants across assigned locations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment operations, ensure manpower availability as per business demand, and deliver strong hiring TAT with 100% compliance.
Key Areas of Focus
• High-volume hiring for Riders & Hub Assistants
• Vendor management & recruitment funnel control
• Demand planning & fulfilment
• Offer rollout, onboarding & documentation
• TA dashboards, reporting & SLA adherence
• Stakeholder & hub-level coordination
Key Responsibilities
• Manage onroll hiring for Riders and Hub Assistants across clusters
• Ensure manpower fulfilment as per business requirement & hiring timelines
• Coordinate with Hub Managers, Central Ops & Planning teams
• Handle vendor partners and ensure quality sourcing pipelines
• Ensure onboarding compliance: documents, background verification & induction
• Maintain hiring MIS, dashboards & daily/weekly trackers
