Talent Acquisition & Operations Manager to join our dedicated team at our office located in Vikhroli, India.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, strategic talent acquisition support to the business, including improving local processes, creating talent pools, and brand IPS as an attractive employer to support the hiring of best-in-class talent both from outside and inside the organization. Working closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the global TA team.
Responsibilities And Essential Duties
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber engineering professionals across various disciplines.
- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule, and coordinate interviews, and manage the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Job Descriptions and Specifications: Develop and update job descriptions & specifications
- Collaboration: Work in a global environment with regular interaction with Hiring Managers (Head of depts,
- Engineering Manager, Project Manager, to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics to ensure alignment in the recruitment process.
- Advise, train, and support business leaders and HRBPs on Talent strategies and recruitment processes.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand and culture to potential candidates through social media, job postings, and networking events.
- Data Management & Report Generation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions in the applicant tracking system (ATS)/ Generate Recruitment Monthly reports/ Analysis of industry data and share insights on recruitment & attrition trends.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment laws, and industry regulations.
- HR projects: Undertake HR projects for cost optimization, automation, and process effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR, preferably within tech or engineering, ideally, with previous international scope.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing paired with an understanding of all selection methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, as well as proficiency in the use of social media channels and job boards
- Bachelor's and master’s in business administration, human resources, or a related field
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a diverse environment
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with local, regional, and global peers
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, complex environment.
