What You’ll Do
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
• Post job openings across multiple hiring platforms
• Ensure smooth interview scheduling and coordination
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
• Follow up with candidates and reduce drop-offs
• Assist in onboarding coordination for selected candidates
What We’re Looking For
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
• Interest in HR operations and recruitment systems
