Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Talent Acquisition Officer. The role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle, from creating job descriptions to hiring qualified candidates. Key responsibilities include conducting interviews, sourcing and evaluating potential candidates, collaborating with departmental teams to understand hiring requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The Talent Acquisition Officer will contribute to workforce planning and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing candidates to meet organizational needs
- Expertise in Job Description Development and aligning job roles with organizational requirements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with internal teams and candidates
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing or infrastructure sectors, is an advantage
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is desirable
