Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive end-to-end hiring across diverse domains, including both technical and enabling functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, who can partner with business leaders, manage teams, and build scalable hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and enabling functions (HR, finance, operations, etc.)
- Drive hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring trends, market intelligence, and talent availability
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring targets
- Set clear goals, track performance, and ensure high-quality delivery
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage external recruitment partners, RPOs, and agencies
- Optimize vendor performance, cost, and SLAs
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Drive employer branding and hiring pitch effectiveness
Process & Optimization
- Build and improve recruitment processes, metrics, and dashboards
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and efficiency
Offer & Closure Management
- Drive offer negotiations, reduce drop-offs, and improve offer-to-join ratios
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition (BFSI domain experience preferred) with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring
- Proven experience in managing high-volume and niche hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in leading and managing recruitment teams
- Hands-on experience in vendor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting
