Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Manager – SAAS. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing employer branding strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The role also involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Expertise in Hiring strategies and Employer Branding to attract top-tier talent
- Strong skills in Interviewing and assessment to identify the best-fit candidates
- Knowledge and proficiency in Recruiting for SAAS roles and related industries
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
