Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role. The individual in this role will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify organizational talent needs. Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting top talents, optimizing recruiting strategies, performing candidate assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves fostering employer branding initiatives and working on innovative hiring strategies tailored to operational needs.
Prefer candidates with BPO industry TA experience.
Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage high volume requirements with quick TAT
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong skills in Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and Recruiting candidates for diverse operational roles
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and hiring partners and effectively communicate job requirements
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting for process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
