Job Description – Talent Acquisition Manager (Non-IT)
Location: Delhi (Work from Office)
Designation: Talent Acquisition Manager – Non-IT
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Salary Range: 80,000 – 1,00,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager (Non-IT) to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for various business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple functions and levels
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for workforce planning
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions/interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders
• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within assigned TAT
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring data
• Work closely with internal teams to improve hiring processes and candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment/talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
• Experience in handling mid-level and senior-level hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
• Good negotiation and candidate management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in consultancy or corporate hiring environment preferred
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
