MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function for the organization, ensuring timely acquisition of quality talent to support plant expansion, new project commissioning, and ongoing manpower requirements across multiple manufacturing locations.
The role will focus on strategic workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment process optimization, and high-volume hiring execution.

KEY ACTIVITIES:
1. Develop a recruitment strategy aligned with: Capacity expansion plans, Annual manpower budgets
2. Prepare recruitment plan (monthly / quarterly / annual).
3. Manage recruitment lifecycle: Manpower requisition validation, Sourcing rollout, Screening, Interview coordination, Offer, Pre-joining engagement.
4. Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined TAT.
5. Empanel and manage recruitment consultants.
6. Negotiate commercial terms.
7. Track consultant performance & delivery.
8. Ensure cost-effective hiring.
9. Build an internal talent database for future openings.
10. Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, and digital sourcing.
11. Monitor Recruitment KPI – Time to hire, Cost per hire,
Offer Acceptance Ratio, Early Attrition Rate
12. Implement ATS or digital recruitment tracking tools.
13. Improve candidate experience.
14. Ensure proper documentation of the recruitment process.
15. Maintain recruitment tracker and reports.
16. Ensure adherence to the approved manpower budget.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
7-9 years in Recruitment in a Manufacturing plant will be preferred, Experience in high-volume / project hiring, Experience handling multi-location recruitment preferred
MBA / PGDM – HR (Full Time preferred)
