Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mulund, Mumbai for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, designing and implementing effective hiring strategies, and enhancing employer branding. Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting methodologies
- Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding to strengthen the organization's talent outreach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector and its recruitment dynamics is an advantage
