Job Description - Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in Non-IT hiring, preferably from Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, talent pipeline creation, and hiring for both lateral and leadership roles. This role requires a strategic recruiter who can attract, engage, and retain top talent while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Engineering, and other business functions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
- Drive hiring initiatives for both lateral and leadership positions within defined timelines (TAT).
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Enhance employer branding and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to source quality candidates.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics with strong attention to detail.
- Support organizational growth by contributing to talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Non-IT recruitment.
- Prior hiring experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Strong exposure to Sales and Engineering hiring.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in job portals, social media hiring, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple hiring mandates efficiently.
- Prior experience in scaling teams for start-ups will be an added advantage.
