Roles & Responsibilities – Talent Acquisition Manager- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Partner with business and creative teams to understand hiring needs across marketing, branding, and operations
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to support business growth and campaign delivery
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for marketing, sales, and creative roles
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, campus hiring, etc.)
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent aligned with company culture
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Oversee offer management, negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance, documentation, and HR best practices
Qualifications – Talent Acquisition Manager- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in marketing, creative, or startup environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools/ATS
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve hiring metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in agency, branding, or digital marketing companies is a plus
