Job Role: Talent Acquisition Manager BPO

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for BPO operations in Hyderabad. The role will drive
volume hiring, lateral hiring, campus drives, vendor management , and TA strategy aligned with business goals.
Key Roles Responsibilities
1 TA Strategy Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for bulk, lateral, and niche roles in BPO.
- Manage hiring budgets, cost-per-hire, and recruitment timelines.
2 End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Drive high-volume hiring for voice and non-voice processes.
- Ensure TAT adherence and closure of positions within defined SLAs.
3 Team Leadership Performance
- Lead and mentor TA teams (Executives, Interns, Recruiters).
- Set KPIs, track performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Drive productivity, quality, and compliance within the TA function.
4 Vendor, Campus Referral Management
- Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and job portals.
- Drive campus hiring, walk-ins, job fairs , and employee referral programs.
- Evaluate vendor performance and optimize sourcing channels.
5 Stakeholder Business Partnering
- Act as the single point of contact for hiring managers and operations leaders.
- Provide regular hiring MIS, dashboards, and pipeline updates.
- Handle escalations and ensure a positive candidate experience.
6 Process Improvement Compliance
- Standardize TA processes, documentation, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment guidelines.
- Implement process improvements to reduce hiring cost and time.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate (HR preferred).
- 1012 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition , BPO industry mandatory .
- 23 years of experience as a TA Manager / Lead managing teams .
- Proven expertise in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and ramp-ups .
- Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, ATS, HRMS, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Willing to work from Hyderabad location .
