Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned IT Recruitment professional with 17+ years of experience in domestic hiring, account management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can also lead and mentor a team, manage key client accounts, and ensure high-quality recruitment delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Domestic Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT hiring across multiple technologies and roles.
- Handle both niche and bulk hiring requirements with a focus on quality and turnaround time.
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Account Management:
- Manage and grow key client accounts with a focus on delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and market insights to clients.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to align recruitment strategies.
- Manage expectations and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Team Handling & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Allocate requirements, monitor team performance, and ensure productivity.
- Conduct regular team reviews, training, and skill development sessions.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative team environment.
Individual Contribution:
- Act as a hands-on contributor for critical and high-priority roles.
- Achieve individual hiring targets alongside managing team delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
