Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Kochi. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full-life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and drive the organization's employer branding efforts. Additionally, you will ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Solid understanding of Interviewing and Hiring processes
- Expertise in Employer Branding to promote the organization's culture and attract talent
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in an educational or professional training organization is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered
