Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and drive strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, employer branding, and team handling.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
• Handle sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking channels
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent database
• Improve employer branding and candidate experience
• Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures of positions
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
Preferred Experience
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Consulting industry will be an added advantage.
