Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
Required Experience
- Domain Expertise: 7–12 years of core, full-lifecycle recruitment experience within IT Product, Enterprise SaaS, or Hospitality Technology organizations.
- IC Track Record: Proven success as a high-performing Individual Contributor (IC), adept at independently managing and closing 10–15 open requisitions simultaneously.
Technical & Functional Competencies
- Technical & Domain Sourcing: Deep expertise in Tech Hiring (Java, Cloud, Microservices, Automation QA, Product Architecture) and Domain Hiring (Procure-to-Pay, ERP, Supply Chain, Implementation).
- Advanced Sourcing Methods: Mastery of direct sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean/X-Ray search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and talent mapping.
- Pipeline & Offer Management: Strong candidate engagement, strategic compensation negotiation, and proactive offer-hold strategies to minimize drop-outs across 60–90 day notice periods.
- Systems & Analytics: Hands-on proficiency with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent analytics to track and report key hiring metrics.
