Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at our location in the Pune Division. The Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-life cycle recruitment processes, execute employer branding initiatives, build and maintain talent pipelines, and facilitate hiring and onboarding strategies. Day-to-day tasks include actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent
- Employer Branding expertise to enhance company visibility as a preferred employer
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting techniques to assess and attract top-tier candidates
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic workplace
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- Experience in a similar role, especially within the marketing or digital strategy industry, is a strong advantage
